EVENT PARTICIPATION, SAFETY & LIABILITY NOTICE

By purchasing tickets to or attending events at Rubber Ducky Winery & Country Market, guests acknowledge and voluntarily accept all ordinary risks associated with participation, including but not limited to:

• Consumption of alcoholic beverages and cold beverages
• Specialty beverages and theatrical drink presentations, including beverages utilizing dry ice, smoke, fog, or similar visual effects
• Food allergens and dietary sensitivities
• Low lighting, flashing lights, theatrical effects, sound effects, smoke or fog effects, and immersive entertainment experiences
• Slips, trips, falls, and other general risks associated with public venues, dining establishments, and entertainment facilities

Guests acknowledge that some specialty beverages may contain dry ice or other theatrical effects and agree that dry ice or effect materials should never be consumed directly.

Guests are expected to consume all food and beverages responsibly.

Please drink responsibly and immediately notify staff of any allergy, medical concern, injury, illness, or emergency requiring assistance.

By attending this event, guests voluntarily assume and accept all ordinary risks associated with attendance, participation, food consumption, beverage consumption, alcohol consumption, theatrical effects, and activities occurring on the property.

To the fullest extent permitted under Wisconsin law, Rubber Ducky Winery & Country Market, Northleaf Winery LLC, Rubber Ducky Country Market LLC, their owners, employees, performers, contractors, affiliates, and representatives shall not be held liable for injuries, damages, losses, illnesses, claims, or expenses arising from ordinary risks associated with attendance, participation, dining, beverage consumption, alcohol consumption, or participation in event-related activities.

Nothing in this notice is intended to waive rights or protections that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
