Another Duckin’ Wine Club

These Terms & Conditions govern participation in Another Duckin’ Wine Club, operated by Northleaf Winery, LLC, a division of Rubber Ducky Country Market, LLC, d/b/a Rubber Ducky Winery & Country Market (collectively referred to herein as “Rubber Ducky”). Participation in the wine club constitutes acceptance of all terms set forth below.

• Membership is available only to individuals 21 years of age or older.
• Valid government-issued photo identification may be required for wine pickup, tastings, event attendance, or raffle participation as required by law.
• Membership is issued to an individual and is not transferable.

Includes:

• One (1) bottle of wine per month (included bottle value: $20)
• One (1) tasting coupon per month
• 10% membership discount
• Bottle pickup privileges (see Section 7)
• Eligibility for The Big Duckin’ Raffle once requirements are met (see Section 9)

Includes:

• Two (2) bottles of wine per month (included bottle value: $19 each)
• Two (2) tasting coupons per month
• 15% membership discount
• Bottle pickup privileges (see Section 7)
• Two (2) tickets to large-batch release partie. 
• Eligibility for The Big Duckin’ Raffle once requirements are met (see Section 

Includes:

• Three (3) bottles of wine per month (included bottle value: $18 each)
• Four (4) tasting coupons per month
• 20% membership discount
• Bottle pickup privileges (see Section 7)
• Two (2) tickets to large-batch release parties
• Two (2) tickets to small-batch release parties
• Eligibility for The Big Duckin’ Raffle once requirements are met (see Section 9)

• Included monthly bottles may be selected from eligible wines available at the time of pickup.
• Ports and Dessert Wines are excluded from wine club bottle selection unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by Rubber Ducky.

• Any pricing or “cost breakdown” examples shown in marketing materials reflect included monthly club bottles only.
• Additional bottles beyond the included monthly allotment are sold at regular retail price, with the applicable membership discount applied.

Membership discounts apply by tier:

• Duckling: 10%
• Mallard: 15%
• Paddler VIP: 20%

Discounts may be used on:

• Regularly priced bottled wine
• Ports and Dessert Wines
• Wine by the glass
• Ticketed events and experiences
• Rubber Ducky-branded products, including branded food items and produce
• Farmers market produce sold directly by Rubber Ducky

Discounts do not apply to:

• Consigned items
• Gift cards
• Taxes, fees, or gratuities
• Items restricted by law from discounting

Discounts may not be combined with other offers or promotions unless explicitly stated.

A tasting coupon may be redeemed for one of the following:

• One (1) FREE Super Flight
• 50% OFF one (1) regular wine flight
• One (1) glass of wine

If redeemed for a glass of Port or Dessert Wine, the member or recipient must pay the price difference between a standard glass of wine and the selected Port or Dessert Wine.

Tasting coupons:

• Are issued monthly based on tier
• Are transferable and may be given as gifts
• Have no cash value
• May not be redeemed for bottles, merchandise, or credit

Expiration by tier:

• Duckling: 30 days
• Mallard: 60 days
• Paddler VIP: 90 days

Expired tasting coupons are not valid and will not be replaced.

• While membership is active, members may pick up included bottles at any time during normal business hours.
• Members may accumulate multiple months of bottles while active.
• Upon cancellation, members have 30 days to pick up any bottles accrued during paid membership periods.
• Bottles not picked up within 30 days of cancellation are forfeited without refund or credit.

• Release party tickets are included only where specified by tier.
• RSVP reservations are required to attend release parties or events.
• Included tickets do not guarantee entry without a confirmed RSVP.
• Event details, capacity limits, and classifications are determined and published by Rubber Ducky.
• Included tickets have no cash value.

The Big Duckin’ Raffle is a members-only quarterly 50/50 raffle conducted in partnership with Milton’s Open Doors Foundation, a Wisconsin-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

• Eligibility begins after 90 consecutive days of active membership.
• Members must remain active for all three months of a qualifying quarter:
  • January–March (Q1)
  • April–June (Q2)
  • July–September (Q3)
  • October–December (Q4)
•  For the launch period only, Q1 2026 will consist of February and March, as the wine club begins on February 1, 2026. Accordingly, the first Big Duckin’ Raffle drawing will take place in July 2026. 

Each eligible member receives one (1) automatic entry per quarter, regardless of tier.

Milton’s Open Doors Foundation uses 100% of its funds to support Milton families, including schools, community events, police, fire, food banks, and related initiatives.

Rubber Ducky pledges $10 per active member per quarter toward the raffle.

The $10 per-member quarterly pledge is made by Rubber Ducky and is not tax-deductible by wine club members.

The raffle is conducted in compliance with Wisconsin charitable gaming laws.

Participation in the raffle does not create any liability for Milton’s Open Doors Foundation beyond its role as the licensed charitable partner. Members expressly release Milton’s Open Doors Foundation from any claims arising from raffle participation, except where prohibited by law.

• A $10 administrative fee applies if membership is canceled within the first 90 days.
• Cancellation requests must be submitted by email to web@rubberduckyco.com.
• Cancellation is effective once received and processed.Buyer’s Remorse Period

If a membership is canceled within the first 30 days and no membership benefits have been used, the club fee will be refunded less the $10 administrative fee.

Discount Chargeback if Benefits Are Used

If a membership is canceled within the first 30 days after any benefits have been used, the club fee becomes non-refundable and any tier-based wine discounts received will be charged back at the time of cancellation.

Example:

A bottle with a regular retail price of $26 received at a discounted club price of $18 reflects an $8 per bottle discount. In a 3-bottle tier, this equals a $24 discount chargeback.

Chargebacks apply only to discounts actually received and will be billed to the payment method on file.

Members acknowledge that participation in tastings, events, and activities involves inherent risks, including alcohol consumption, crowds, uneven surfaces, historic structures, weather conditions, and interactions with other guests. Members voluntarily assume all such risks to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Members agree to consume alcohol responsibly. Rubber Ducky reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who appears intoxicated, disruptive, or unsafe.

Members are responsible for their own behavior, transportation, and well-being before, during, and after alcohol consumption.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, members waive and release Rubber Ducky and Milton’s Open Doors Foundation, along with their respective owners, employees, volunteers, agents, and affiliates, from claims arising out of participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Rubber Ducky’s total liability, if any, shall not exceed the total membership fees paid by the member in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. No liability shall exist for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rubber Ducky and Milton’s Open Doors Foundation from claims arising from the member’s actions, misuse of benefits, or violation of these Terms.

Rubber Ducky shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including weather, power outages, government orders, or public emergencies.

Rubber Ducky reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, amend, suspend, or terminate Another Duckin’ Wine Club, in whole or in part, at any time, including but not limited to changes in:

Membership tiers, pricing, or benefits Discounts, tastings, events, or raffle participation,

Wine availability or selection, Program structure, rules, or eligibility requirements

Any such changes may be effective immediately or upon notice, as determined by Rubber Ducky. Continued participation in the wine club following any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

In the event the wine club program is suspended or terminated, Rubber Ducky may, but is not required to, provide reasonable alternatives, credits, or transition options as determined in its sole discretion, subject to applicable law.

Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Wisconsin, on an individual basis only. Members waive the right to participate in any class or collective action.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the member and Rubber Ducky regarding the wine club.
